I am one that is not afraid to pull my sleeves up and lead by example! I have been in Dairy since 19 years old and have learned a lot. I continue to learn every day!The knowledge is always there. It is up to us to grasp it and utilize though! I have been lucky to be able to work close to and learn from a Vice President of a dairy for a large grocery chain in the past. I will work diligently until I become one of the upper managers that can pass along knowledge to someone young and learning as he did to me. I am more excited to coach and pass down knowledge then to rise myself!
