I\'m excited to support the talented staff at Macmillan Learning\'s Austin office in their mission to facilitate student growth through innovative education texts and technologies. I provide holistic HR coordination, guidance, and support to departments including Technology, Customer Experience, Product, UX, STEM Editorial, and Learning Sciences with employees across US. I coordinate with legal & HR shared services on downsizing, onboarding, offboarding, competency structures, JD update, and recruiting. I co-chair a DEI committee, chair mentoring program, and collaborated on COVID shift of HR processes to remote.
