About Joshua Duncan
Through my professional journey, I have focused on managing projects while also analyzing behaviors and processes. By doing so, I then can design and develop comprehensive plans which address sponsor and stakeholder management, business readiness, and adoption. All components receive customization, to tailor them to the project.Pursuing leadership abilities and becoming a better mentor and coach for other team members led me to acquiring a Lean Six Sigma certification and studying scrum and agile processes. This translated into a more in-depth ability to support and partner with business programs to develop strategies for large-scale roll-out. By doing all these things, I have become adept in implementing new tools, processes, and altering behaviors, while addressing risk mitigation.Put together, these skills give me the ability to lead a team to identify, create, and advise on project management efforts which results in successful delivery. At this stage, I do not simply rest on my achievements but look toward the future and how I can bring more value to my team and our clients through effective leadership.
