ABOUT JOSHUA DROOG
I am outgoing and results oriented professional currently in a role as an HR Business Partner with Oracle Corporation in Austin, Texas. From June 2012 to September, 2015, I was previously in an HRBP role with AECOM in Austin, TX. I had the opportunity to work with a driven team of HR generalists, business partners, managers, and directors on a variety of tasks spanning many functional areas including EEOC complaints, cross-border assignments, social media initiatives, performance review analyses, and succession planning initiatives among others. In addition to our everyday duties, the HR team at AECOM prided itself on consistently improving our practices through a variety of individual and team-based projects and initiatives. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company and accrued a wealth of practical knowledge for professional HR practices that I hope to continue developing throughout my career. From 2006 to 2012, I worked for Michigan State University Advancement as a member of their student-run annual fund, the MSU Greenline. In this capacity I worked as a Student Telemarketer, Student Supervisor, Recruiting Manager, and Assistant Coordinator for the program.
