About Joshua Desola

Since I was a kid, I’ve been interested in technology and problem-solving my way through challenges. I would always rather troubleshoot my computer and software myself, than bring it to a repair shop. I remember taking apart a CD player to figure out why it wasn’t working, putting it together (without being able to simply look up instructions on the internet since smartphones weren’t a thing yet and I didn’t have my own computer), and getting it to work again. Fast forward a couple decades and you’ll find me combining those skills from when I was younger with learning and adapting to different situations based on either my role at work or whatever goal I’ve set for myself at home. i I thrive where I can utilize my creative abilities, development skills, and goal-oriented mindset to continue learning as well as find ways to improve lives through software.

   Determine and apply bug fixes for Robotic Process Automations- Implement new bot builds based on internal design documentation- Identify gaps in processes and available tools- Create solutions for identified gaps- Performed QA for internal cost-saving project allowing for the project to have an increased velocity- Assisted in refining onboarding documentation and process; allowing for team members to commence work on tickets in a timely manner
