As the foreman at kcrp my duties include, to supervise all the movements made by the crew, insuring all the safety rules are being followed,getting switch list ready for my crew, switching tracks and cars to build the 4 different out bound trains that go to Mexico, keeping communication with union pacific myo,mto, and crews, as well as dispatchers keeping the in and out flow of traffic in the yard. Pickling of all list of all tracks and trains switched, preparing paperwork for all out bound trains,
