Growing up in a family-owned business, I have been exposed to the tools and developed a unique perspective on what it takes to operate and sustain successful businesses. Working alongside my family, I’ve gained firsthand experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving business practices that not only serve customers but also uplift the community.At The Breakfast Klub, my responsibilities include leading catering operations and managing teams of servers, cashiers, bussers, and chefs to ensure efficient, high-quality service throughout the day. I also coordinate and host events at the restaurant, including American Red Cross blood drives, pop-ups for Black-owned vendors, and HBCU Freshman Sendoffs. These opportunities have sharpened my leadership and logistical skills while reinforcing our mission of community-centered impact.Looking ahead, I plan to integrate my background in architecture with our family business by creating more restaurants and community-focused spaces throughout the city of Houston.
