Avoid Being Blindsided by the UnexpectedI’ve lived my entire life with the “what ifs” happening to myself and my family happening more often than most.My father had no time to prepare for when my baby brother became a child with special needs, or when mom lost her fight to cancer when I was 13 and Dad had to raise us boy\'s.At 17 I broke my back by falling off a moving truck at work, It was icy and I slipped. It has led to numerous surgeries and years of recovery. There were points when I was bedridden for months on end having to relearn to take steps and walk.Despite all the difficulties, I managed to become a successful bodybuilder and even win awards. This permanent struggle with the “what ifs” people tend to take for granted made me a fighter and a guide determined to help others find a better path through life, a smarter path where you don’t let yourself get blindsided by the “what ifs”. You should think about your future today, while things are still going well, while you can plan and make small but significant arrangements to prevent the difficulties that follow the “what if” when it becomes the “what now”.
