About Joshua Davidson
Working in one of the most well-respected and high-volume Ophthalmology/Optometry practices, my team and I will see an average of 30-50 patients each day. These patients are primarily difficult dry eye patients who have seen numerous other eye care providers and are sent upon referral or specialty contact lens patients.Together with the Williamson Eye team, we have built the largest Dry Eye Center in 3 states and are one of the highest volume scleral lens providers in the country.As a practicing dry eye specialist, I also saw the need for a proper hydration beverage designed for my patients suffering from dry eye. Together with a team I created, we developed \"The Dry Eye Drink\", a powdered hydration mix that can be added to water and drank to improve systemic hydration thus alleviating Dry Eye symptoms. The results have been outstanding thus far. We have since rebranded The Dry Eye Drink to \"Eyedration\" and are in the process of creating multiple new products to improve our dry eye patients\' lives. Most notably our single use steam masks (which are 100% recyclable) have been extremely popular.In addition to clinic and Eyedration, I am active on the speaking trail and have spoken for Abbvie/Allergan, Eyedration/Santen, Kala, Art Optical, and Glaukos.
