   Oversees social impact programming for the global retail brand—building the vision and strategy for national, regional, and local community initiatives, serving as the first strategic lead for the company’s engagement in the region, and building programming that aligns broader corporate objectives and specific community priorities. Cultivates a diverse network of strategic partners across national nonprofits, elected officials, and community leaders—fostering strong relationships with more than 80 organizations and managing engagement strategies including partner programming that align priorities and impact. Directs multi-year strategic programming on social justice, community engagement, and economic empowerment including the company’s Black Community Commitment—overseeing the program’s design, stakeholder management, and grantmaking to community partners. Pioneers new programming to increase employee engagement including an employee-driven social impact initiative that distributed unrestricted grants to 12 employee-nominated nonprofits. Responsible for report grant management and budget oversight—spearheading budget planning, administering an annual programming budget across four program portfolios, and evaluating millions in grant distributions to social justice and equity organizations. Maintains expertise on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices, serving on the cross-functional DEI staff leadership team supporting Nike Air Manufacturing and Innovation staff.
