Currently leading the Candescent Design System (CDS) — bridging product management, design systems strategy and AI-augmented operations to scale how our team builds, ships and aligns across engineering, UX and dependent product verticals.Our team is building a cross-platform component framework that powers mobile and web banking for hundreds of financial institution partners. We\'ve stood up an AI-driven product operations layer that automates sprint reporting, cross-system sync and stakeholder communications — multiplying what a small team can reach without adding headcount.Previously led design system and UX teams at Equinix, NCR Voyix / NCR Corporation building high-performing groups of designers, researchers and accessibility experts who drove consistent omni-channel experiences across enterprise banking platforms. Before that, shaped UX strategy at Becton Dickinson and Fidelity Investments through empathetic product design.I am humbled working with such talented people and try to manage my teams in a way that champions individuals.    My team leads the Candescent Design System (CDS). A cross-platform component framework powering mobile and web banking experiences for hundreds of financial institution partners. My role bridges senior product management, design systems strategy and AI-augmented operations to scale how we build, ship and align across engineering, UX and dependent product verticals.We\'ve built an AI-driven product operations layer that automates sprint reporting, cross-system sync (Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, Jira Align), stakeholder communications and meeting intelligence - multiplying our product reach without adding headcount. This includes managing component delivery timelines, PI planning, contribution model governance and cross-team dependency coordination across mobile, enterprise web and onboarding platforms.Our CDS team consistently delivers ahead of schedule as we leverage AI more everyday. accelerating a mobile-first component library well beyond original timelines while standing up scalable processes for design tokens, developer contribution workflows and multi-platform publishing under the CDS namespace. We see velocity coming from empowering talented engineers and designers to own their lanes while I love keeping alignment tight across every touchpoint.
