About Joshua Cazier

I am a founding member of Qualtrics. I began my career in 2007 and am the 4th active tenured employee. Throughout the organization over the past 15 years, I have played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for several Qualtrics teams, products, and offerings. As we\'ve grown, I\'ve had to wear many hats in the company and have helped lay the foundation for several teams both directly and indirectly. Teams I\'ve worked on include Professional Services, Support (QUni), Training (Implementation/Client Success), Sales, Sales Engineering, and Demo Engineering. Products I\'ve directly managed include Digital Site Intercept and our Salesforce Integration. For these, I acted as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) and lead specialist where I developed all marketing content, video tutorials, and white-papers. I led our sales efforts and our support and training efforts for these products as well. Offerings I\'ve created include most all of the content for our first online help site, including hundreds of help guides and video tutorials for each of the Qualtrics products and features. I\'ve created several white-papers and internal guides, survey templates and dashboards used as XM solutions, and just about everything in between. Currently I lead the Global Demo Engineering team, which is responsible for delivering value-oriented demo resources to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
