Scholarship Program: • Manage the relationships with the several scholarship programs’ college success partner organizations. Research and identify additional college success organizations; ensuring that all aspects of the Memoranda of Understandings with each are being met, and students’ needs are being served.Create and manage an annual audit of college success partners. • Manage the online scholarship application system. Provide direction and guidance to developer regarding updates and changes. • Ensure that all foundation scholarship awards are consistent with donor intent. Researches, identifies, selects, and develops relationships with organizations who can identify scholars for our designated purpose scholarships. • Act as a back up to the college success organizations in assisting scholars in navigating academic and financial issues and supporting their path through to graduation. Masons4Mitts• Act as the primary contact for both the charitable and ticket sales components of the program. Maintain relationships with key team representatives in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco. • Develop and promote the creation of strong leadership among volunteer Masonic teams in each region. Lead communication with masonic leaders for all ticket sales and mitt donation strategies statewide.
