About Joshua C Anthony
As a scientist, innovator and entrepreneur, my career has focused on helping people be healthier. Most recently, I created Nlumn, a company at the intersection of health, nutrition and personal wellness. Over the past 20 years, I have led all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to commercialization for food and nutrition companies, including Campbell Soup Company, Mead Johnson Nutrition and Unilever, as well as for personalized nutrition start-up Habit.
