I serve at Reid Saunders Association by stewarding the facilities, systems, and day‑to‑day operations that support our mission of sharing the Gospel “All for Jesus.” My role blends practical leadership with ministry-minded service, ensuring that our staff, volunteers, and guests have a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment to pursue ministry.Key Responsibilities• Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, safety compliance, and campus improvements to support ministry programs and outreach.• Manage contractors, service partners, and NFPA inspection cycles while maintaining strong stewardship of resources.• Support RSA’s technology infrastructure, including phone systems (UCM6301), AV setups, workstation deployments, and network troubleshooting.• Build digital systems and workflows using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Google Workspace to strengthen ministry operations.• Maintain ticketing and communication processes for facilities and IT needs, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and care.• Assist with budgeting for facilities, technology, and long‑term operational planning.• Provide cross‑department support to keep ministry teams equipped for local and global outreach.Ministry ApproachI approach my work as a form of pastoral care—quietly supporting the people who carry the Gospel forward.
