About Joshua Bowman

Josh has been immersed in the commercial real estate investment, brokerage and development industries since 2011. His proficiency and acumen ensure certainty of execution for all transactions that meet STORE Capital’s investment criteria.Josh joined STORE Capital in January 2013 as a member of the underwriting team, where he assessed real estate valuation on a large pipeline of potential real estate acquisitions. He was promoted to Managing Director of Acquisitions in February 2015, working with real estate brokers across the U.S, and is now Senior Managing Director of the Southern Territory.Prior to STORE, Josh was a research analyst with CBRE in Phoenix, where he provided property and market research to an office of retail, land and multifamily professionals. During Josh’s tenure at CBRE, he was responsible for performing quarterly research on 1,100+ properties in metro Phoenix, leading to a quarterly Phoenix market research report.Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he was also a member of Barrett, The Honors College. His current and past professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, Economic Club of Phoenix and the Urban Land Institute.
