With several years of experience working in the payroll industry, and certifications & training through the American Payroll Association, I have honed my skills in ensuring accurate and timely processing while staying up-to-date with regulations and compliance. I have developed a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes throughout my career, and I take pride in identifying and implementing process improvements within organizations.In addition to my technical expertise, I am a skilled communicator and leader with a talent for building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors. I pride myself on my networking capabilities and collaboration ability to achieve shared goals. I am always seeking opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, and I am excited to continue developing my skills in payroll and beyond.My passion for excellence came from my athletic background. I competed in springboard and platform diving in high school (AZ State Champion 2011) and for three years at the University of Arizona D1 Swimming and Diving program. Through this sport, I developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and perseverance, all of which have proven invaluable in my professional life. I approach every challenge with a positive attitude and determination to succeed, no matter the obstacles.
