ABOUT JOSHUA BACK

For nearly a decade, I’ve been passionate about empowering young people to succeed in their academic, personal, and professional lives. Whether it’s connecting students to real-world opportunities or building programs that help them navigate life’s challenges, I’m driven by the belief that every young person deserves the tools to thrive.Currently, I focus on leading Junior Achievement\'s JA CareerIgnite program, where I partner with local high schools and business leaders across Central Indiana to create career readiness opportunities. My experience spans event planning, coaching, recruitment, and curriculum development, and I’ve had the privilege of organizing career fairs for tens of thousands of students, building partnerships with diverse organizations, and driving program growth through thoughtful strategy and data insights.Outside of work, I’m equally committed to personal growth. As a Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt with over a decade of martial arts experience, I’ve learned the value of discipline, resilience, and constant learning—qualities that guide me in all aspects of life, be it personal, professional, or spiritual.I’m always excited to connect with others who share a passion for education, youth empowerment, or making a difference in their communities.
