Josh is a native of Caldwell, TX, and earned a BA in Political Science from nearby Texas A&M University. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience through progressive roles in the public safety and criminal justice software industry. Currently Josh leads startup govtech firm, CivicEye, as President.During Josh\'s career, he is credited with leading numerous initiatives to drive growth and productivity, implementing process standardization and controls, developing team members, facilitating change management, and introducing new products to a client portfolio consisting of more than 1,500 clients across the United States. Through this experience, Josh has played a key role during the integration of his organization into a larger business through acquisition, as well as the integration of additional companies through the acquisition process. In leadership, Josh has also led the development and operations of several Operations and Professional Services teams, to include Project Management, Consultants, and Product functions while leading staff of up to 40.
