I am a multifaceted professional with experience spanning across non-profit, education, and technology sectors. I began my career as an educator and advocate for social equity and have continued pioneering upward mobility through program management and recruiting roles in the technology space. Throughout my career I have consistently been recognized as a top performer, being in the top 10% of recruiters for performance at Teach For America and being recognized as a departmental pillar at Google for exceeding goals upwards to 236% to goal. This combined with my excitement for collaboration and innovation has given me the opportunity to take on various program management positions to develop, scale, and manage high value programs.Programmatic highlights include leading teams through the creation of Googler Rating and Development systems (GRAD), building an interview prep program which saved 425+ employee hours quarterly, Increased global school engagement by 1700%, for the engEDU CD First program, and standing up the first Google Operations Center recruiting framework.
