About Joshua Huang
I\'m a curious engineer with a passion for problems at the intersections of additive manufacturing, robotics, and software. I\'ve done research on predicting the mechanical properties of powder-based additive manufactured material and designed computer vision pipelines to allow humans to work alongside robots. I flourish in interdisciplinary, fast-paced, hands-on, and collaborative environments while working on humanity\'s most pressing and complex problems. Most recently, I\'ve designed and fabricated an optomechanical inspection system expediting manufacturing times, built features for manufacturing software solutions to aggregate critical defect metrics, and improved complex fluid system fixtures.
