About Josh Botz
Information security professional focused on cloud security, security architecture, and GRC. My work centers on helping organizations build practical security programs that support real operational and regulatory requirements.I have experience supporting security initiatives across private industry and government environments, including work with Fortune 500 organizations and programs connected to the U.S. Intelligence Community. My work has included security program development, vulnerability management, regulatory compliance support, and contributing to high-security environments such as SCIF programs and Approval to Operate (ATO) processes.🪖 Earlier in my career I served in the Montana Army National Guard in the Infantry and later in the U.S. Army, where I had the opportunity to learn Arabic. In addition to my professional work, I enjoy teaching and mentoring others entering the field.
