I’m driven by a commitment to creating lasting social change by addressing systemic inequality and strengthening how systems respond to people who are too often overlooked, excluded, or harmed by them.As Founder and CEO of bthechange CIC, an award-winning social enterprise, I provide strategic leadership across the criminal justice system. I design and lead system-level interventions that bridge gaps between policy, practice, and lived experience, supporting individuals involved in, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system to rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.My work is rooted in trauma-informed and culturally competent practice, with a strong focus on fairness, accountability, and trust.
