Maker of whatever comes my way.Burner of candles at both ends since 2003.I make art, write, and create strategy that connects brands, nonprofits, and communities. My gallery- and museum-recognized 2D and 3D work is available at SteinCreates.com, and I put art into the world both physically and socially — The Giving Project (thegivingproject.art) is one example.My work often explores unexpected moments of precariousness and deep patterns, creating immersive experiences that invite others into new ways of seeing. It has been shown internationally and in museum contexts, and continues in long-term projects like Spilling the Art Tea and Artwork4Another.I am the marketing voice behind Loyalty Untapped, designing campaigns, crafting copy, and shaping strategy that connects brands to people with clarity and creativity, driving meaningful engagement and growth.I’ve made it happen: teaching, writing, designing, making wine, running businesses, and advising others. For many years, I led Stein Family Wine Group, producing nationally and internationally distributed wines and exclusive nonprofit labels. I also consulted across programs and marketing initiatives through Discrete Wine Support Services.I hold advanced degrees from UC Riverside, the University of Liverpool, and the School of Visual Arts, and I’m the father of twenty-year-old twins. My interests include home rebuilding by hand, organic cooking and gardening, science fiction, and sleep (when available).All of my projects — teaching, consulting, writing, or marketing — come down to the same core practice: making, thinking, and sharing well with others.
