   Promoted to Team Lead of the Order to Cash team (now known as the Order to Revenue Team) in October 2022. • Took primary responsibility of all controls for the team when we had team member turnover. • Participated and supported multiple audits. • Oversaw responsibility of some of the team meetings by providing support and reminders to hit targets date for various team and individual requirement. • Create a semi-automated Tableau dashboard for the regional teams to see how the aging of the invoices purchased by IGF were performing so they could see if there was any indication of a problem with the distributor network. • Took over primary responsibility for all policies for the department and was heavily involved in the creation/maintenance of the IBM Exposure report that feeds up to the IBM quarterly reporting for A/R. • Created a new template for the APAC Bad Debt Reserve calculation that was used in the Robotic Processing Automation project that saved the team’s 30-45 minutes per operating unit (13 total) monthly. • Working to set up a team Jira project to track all the work the team members are doing so we can make better resourcing decisions by seeing real time volumes and updates.
