ABOUT JOSH RICHARDSON

I am an experienced Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, with most experience in the healthcare sector, and some great work done in education. I focus on smart delivery strategies and enjoy the day-to-day focus on achieving goals and objectives.Strong communication is a big part of how I work, which has helped me build solid relationships with clients, consultants, and on-site teams. That connection translates into better collaboration, fewer surprises, and projects that stay on track. I’ve worked across all stages of delivery, from early planning and procurement through to completion, handover and occupation. I’m confident managing programmes, risks, budgets, and contracts, and I’m hands-on with tools like MS Project, and other digital platforms. I\'ve proven time and time again that i\'m willing to roll up my sleeves and pull out all stops to reach a desired goal.I’m especially passionate about working on buildings that matter—hospitals and other spaces that serve the community. Delivering those kinds of projects isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about making a real difference.
