Responsibilities- Directly manage the Paid Search strategy of both Brand and SMB targeted Search and eCommerce campaigns with a monthly budget exceeding $250k- Advise other Business Units on SEM best practices as well as regular training around new Paid Search developments- Manage and optimize product feeds for distribution partners.Accomplishments:US Paid Search and eCommerce saw a 71% decrease in cost per order, a 60% decrease in cost per onsite lead, and a 101% increase in average weekly order volume. Driving factors of this performance gained include implementation of Adobe conversion tracking within Marin, expanding coverage of TE products within Google Manufacturer Center, and transitioning to a more accurate segmentation of products within Paid Search Shopping campaigns. Successfully took control of US Brand Paid Search account which saw a 93% increase in click-through rate and a 14% decrease in cost per return visitor. Also took over as lead contributor to the TEOA Paid Search initiative to establish a standard work document that will aid in improving Paid Search performance across all business units managing their own Paid Search accounts at TE Connectivity.
