As a physician associate, I am most interested in delivering trauma informed and equitable patient care, especially to those who identify as racial, gender, and sexual minorities. This is part of an ongoing lecture series that focuses on LGBTQ+ health, health disparities, and infectious disease- As part of this position, am sometimes asked to participate in faculty activities such as reviewing future student applications, acting as a standardized patient, and participating as a community member in student interviews.
