Reporting to the President and responsible for all aspects of CallSource Divisions including Home Services, Healthcare, Media and Select Industries. Daily oversight of sales, sales training, pricing, compensation models, business development, hiring, training and strategic partnerships. Also involved in advisory services and client retention for all divisions of the business. Core responsibilities include- Create and execute sales strategies to increase sales opportunities and positively impact CallSource market share and achieve the company’s sales goals - Recruit and hire sales staff and develop training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and ensure the team continues to have the tools, strategies, and knowledge to achieve their goals - Manage the sales, sales operations, strategic partnerships, and sales leadership teams - Communicate CallSource\'s value proposition internally and externally in accordance with the company’s vision - Set quarterly/annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their individual and team goals - Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets - Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to executive leadership team - Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
