ABOUT JOSH MURAO

Hello! I am an alum of the University of California, Irvine with my B.A. in Psychological Sciences and minor in Digital Arts.I am currently a Team Lead at Yardi Systems, a leading global provider of real estate software solutions. In this role, I lead a team of dedicated account managers with the goal of helping clients optimize their use of Yardi’s SaaS-based customer relationship management solutions. I work closely with a diverse group of clients, offering strategic guidance and technical support to ensure smooth implementations and long-term success. My focus is on improving efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and continuously enhancing our team’s processes.If given the opportunity, I am always looking for ways to grow both professionally and personally. Coupled with my motivation and passion for learning more, I hope to gain more exposure to the industries of technology and business as I continue in my career.
