We are now licensed in 34 states and can help Lenders, Real Estate Agents and Commercial Brokers with their residential and commercial closings. My role as the SVP of National Sales is to build partnerships and help our clients grow their pipelines. Our clients consist of Credit Unions, Mortgage Brokers, Banks, IMBs, Real Estate Agents and Commercial Brokers. I help lenders close their refinance transactions, home equity products, reverse mortgages and construction to perm transactions. I refer our affiliate partners in the Real Estate industry (Mortgage Insurance Companies, P&C Insurance companies, Appraisers and Home Inspectors) to our clients to ensure the end user (buyer, seller or borrower) receives the best products on the market. As an Underwriter, we can set our pricing and control our production of preliminary title reports, title commitments and junior loan polices.
