With over 20 years of progressive leadership in the telecommunications industry, I’ve cultivated a unique blend of business development, public policy, operational, and technical expertise through roles spanning government affairs, field operations, engineering, customer service, project management, and executive advisory functions.With altafiber, I am the Director of Market Development responsible for identifying, evaluating, executing, and managing the company\'s growth and expansion into new markets. I engage externally with government officials and community leaders in target markets while internally collaborating with senior leadership to gain alignment on market entry.At Brightspeed, I served as Director of Public Policy, Government Affairs, and Broadband Strategy—aligning legislative and regulatory initiatives with business objectives across 20 states. In parallel, I partnered with senior executives on strategic planning, organizational design, budget management, and cross-functional initiatives, effectively serving as a chief of staff and growth advisor.Previously at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink), I directed legislative and regulatory affairs across a 10-state region, developed and executed public policy strategies that shaped industry outcomes, and partnered with sales teams to identify and support major state contracts. Earlier in my career, I advanced through field operations leadership, project management, and engineering—managing large teams and multimillion-dollar budgets, grounding my executive leadership in operational execution and problem-solving.Beyond corporate leadership, I’ve been honored to serve in industry and not-for-profit board roles, including a decade on the OHIO811 Board of Trustees (Vice Chair, Secretary), Governor-appointed service on an 811 enforcement committee, and board leadership with telecom associations in OH (Chair), PA, NY, IL, and IN.With an MBA concentrated in Public Administration and a B.S. in Computer Science, I bring a systems-level perspective that bridges public policy, technology, and business execution.
