The total automation investment was valued at £38m- Project lead on a £7m+ automation project for a large chemical company which included implementing an ASRS solution, vertical storage carousel, and AGV trucks (counterbalance and VNA)- Automation design consultant for a large 3PL, identifying opportunities to introduce automation technology and condense distribution centre estate- Completed an end-to-end global Supply Chain review for a large UK fashion retailer, identifying over £5m of potential cost savings - Supported an online fashion retailer with a new DC start-up operation

I joined Hatmill after completing several roles at Asda Logistics Services in warehouse management, transport, and logistics engineering. I have nearly a decade of experience in warehouse automation, with expertise in a range of advanced technologies, including robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). My experience spans automation concept development, solution design, and managing projects through to system sign-off.
