ABOUT JOSH LONGNECKER

I’m a recruiter with 10+ years of experience IC to Executive hiring across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, CS, and BizOps — from early-stage startups to hypergrowth scale-ups. At Lyra Health, I helped grow the GTM org from ~400 to 1,700 employees, leading over 100 hires and 42% of all GTM recruiting during that period. I’ve partnered with execs on Director and VP-level searches, built scalable hiring frameworks, and worked hands-on to fill critical roles across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, CS, and beyond.In 2022, I earned my Master’s in Marketing Intelligence from the University of San Francisco while working full-time at Lyra. That curiosity eventually led me to spend time on the other side of the table — building marketing systems and campaigns firsthand.
