ABOUT JOSH LLOYD-ROBERTS
Since working in IT, I’ve built my technical skills and experience literally from the ground up. I began my career sitting in a server room for hours pairing wireless mice and keyboards with their receivers. From there, I moved on to workstation setups, basic administration, and learning the importance of good working practices.While my technical knowledge continues to grow over time, one thing that always came naturally was good customer service. I thrived on giving users a great experience and building strong working relationships.I then joined the End User Services team, where I focused on managing the Future MacBook estate and serving as a technical point of escalation for the Service Desk. In this role, I worked with tools and technologies such as JAMF, Intune, Google Admin, PowerShell, and Bash to solve problems and drive efficiency.Today, I work within the Corporate Infrastructure team.
