I bootstrapped my current business, KickoffLabs, to achieve over $1M Annual Recurring Revenue. As one of two founders, I\'ve donned multiple CEO hats including team lead, product owner, front end developer, designer, and strategist. I take immense pride in building a sustainable business in the marketing technology space, which has empowered other companies to generate over 100M new leads on our platform.I relish every aspect of the business from planning/shipping features, competitor analysis, digging into customer data, devising product strategies, and creating go-to-market campaigns from inception to completion. Through this journey, I\'ve also gained an expertise in marketing strategy, particularly in setting up online promotions such as product launches, giveaways, contests, and other lead generation techniques tailored for online businesses that serve as our customer base.I possess a passion for personal growth, experimentation, and continuous learning through real world practice. For example, I recently launched an early access release of ContentSpark.AI—a tool designed to assist dedicated content teams in drafting, producing, and promoting superior branded content. I shipped this to fully understand what\'s possible in the AI space before building out complete AI features inside of KickoffLabs. In my earlier roles, I served as a Group Manager at Microsoft and VP of Product Engineering at Telligent, where I spearheaded large teams (30+) through multiple product release cycles.
