About Josh Ledford
Spartan Logistics was founded in 1988 in Columbus, Ohio as a warehouse and distribution provider to serve the growing industrial base while taking advantage of Ohio\'s central location. Our officers have over 100 years combined experience in the warehousing and distribution field. Spartan\'s sales focus has been in handling of food grade materials, glass, paper, and fragile/ high value products. In addition to warehousing, Spartan provides full-service transportation. This allows Spartan to provide seamless pick-up, storage, and delivery to our customers.I started with Spartan Logistics in 2001 as a warehouse employee. Now, as the President, I oversee the operational strategic plan and guidelines for Spartan business units throughout all 18 locations. Through managing the procurement and distribution operations I can ensure productivity and success at all levels. I also strive to mentor our warehouse leaders and to support the company in growing efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. In addition to working internally, I also provide logistics advice externally to promote our service industry.
