With over two decades of experience in the vegetable seed industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Vegetable Business and Portfolio Manager at PanAmerican Seed, one of the leading global companies in the ornamental and vegetable breeding sector. I manage the vegetable business and portfolio strategy, working with a diverse and talented team of breeders, product managers, sales and marketing professionals, and distributors across multiple regions. I have a strong background in category management and horticulture, as well as public speaking and communication skills, which enable me to deliver engaging and informative presentations and trainings to internal and external stakeholders. I also hold a certification in working remotely, which helps me to collaborate effectively and efficiently with my colleagues and customers in a flexible and agile way. As a board member of the National Garden Bureau, I contributed to their mission of promoting the benefits of gardening and horticulture to the public. I am driven by my passion for plants and my desire to provide high-quality and innovative products and services to the vegetable market.
