I oversee the holistic career and leadership program, Career Advantage, for 480+ Davidson College scholar-athletes through individual advising, department-wide programming, custom team workshops, team-building, alumni engagement, and more. In a dual role, I also assist the Matthews Center for Career Development in leading strategy for our student & employer engagement efforts for students and 350+ employer partners.I serve on the Davidson Athletics Senior Leadership Team with sport administration duties for Men\'s Golf and as a co-advisor for our SAAC group. I lead our signature programming, which includes our nationally recognize Pro \'Cats Professional Development & Leadership Bootcamp & our new Leadership Academy. Additionally, I am responsible for the development of leadership initiatives for our young and upcoming coaches with high potential as future leaders.
