ABOUT JOSHUA WATSON

Josh’s focus on programme leadership is grounded in creating environments and cultures where he can provide the most opportunity for his team to develop while delivering programmes through controlled good practices. Josh’s natural place is to be across the biggest picture of the programme, organising and controlling the activities and situations while being confident in his analytical skills to dive into challenges and supporting the team in resolving them. His recent roles have seen him: lead senior stakeholders to clarify programmes priorities (time, cost quality, scope), align programme teams to maximise value against priorities, facilitate problem-solving (often through connecting teams), and create opportunities while providing support for team members to grow. Over his recent projects, he has built a broad knowledge base, applying his skills and experience across numerous industries within the Private Sector. Leading Customer, Finance, and Operational technology-enabled business transformations. He aspires to continue to apply himself to solving client’s customer transformation challenges, and lead programmes to controlled delivery with realised benefits.
