I oversee the stability, compliance, and evolution of the following core domains across both Azure (Inclusa) and On-Premise (iCare) environments:• Clinical & Member Operations: Utilization Management/Case Management (UM/CM), Clinical Platforms, Member Management, Enrollment, and Prior Authorizations.• Financial & Provider Systems: Claims Processing, Billing, Provider Management & Contracting, Network Management, and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).• Data & Compliance: Data Warehouse/ODS, Encounters Management, Reporting Platforms, and Interoperability.M&A Integration & Risk Governance:I manage the complexity of this hybrid infrastructure while steering long-term integration into Humana’s enterprise standards. Some examples include:• Regulatory Agility: Leading the strategic preparation for the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization (ePA) mandates (Jan 1, 2027) and implementing rapid-cycle changes to meet evolving Medicaid policies.• Risk & Governance: Sole accountability for IT audits, HIPAA compliance, and risk management across both entities.• Enterprise Migration: Led the full migration of Inclusa’s back-office ecosystem (Identity/Entra ID, M365, Voice/Network) to Humana’s enterprise tenant.
