About Shriya Joshi
EVERY LIFE MATTERS!My passion as a Scientist is to find effective personalized treatments for deadly diseases and debilitating conditions including but not limited to cancer, autoimmune diseases, with a highly specific therapeutic approach. I am actively pursuing this passion right from my MS years (back in 2013), where my first internship (at Narayana Nethralaya, India), gave me basic knowledge of cancer and inculcated essential assay development skills in me. And an unstoppable journey began from there. Today, I am a focused biomedical scientist demonstrating a specialization in small molecule drug discovery, cell and molecular biology related to immuno-oncology. My academic and industrial training made me a detail-oriented team player with strong communication and organizational skills. I enjoy handling multiple assignments simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and pace. I love being in an environment where scientific data rules the day. Key skill set-Nearly 10 years of working experience in cell based pre-clinical assay development (ideation, execution, analysis, and preparing data package for internal and external meetings)-Nearly 5 years of working experience with in-vivo mice model (xenograft, syngenic, orthotopic,GEMs) development and downstream assays-Nearly 5+ years of working experience with in-silico analyses and software skill
