As a SSP Lead, I am responsible for driving Evergreening program across Distributed Compute area which largely includes OS, Hardware, Platforms & Tooling. This includes end to end governance & driving various projects amounting to multi million dollars- ESX, Windows & Linux platforms- Hardware likes of IBM M4, HP Gen8s & Gen9s- Tooling vROPs, vRLI, SCOM, Symantec DCS.As a Transformation Lead, I am responsible for governing & driving Transformation program across Distributed Compute area which includes planning, budgeting, vendor management of multiple projects. The Program is delivered by internal teams as well as vendor partners through SoWs. The program is high value benefits to end user from speed & scale of delivery and cost efficiency. Projects costing in multi million dollars & largely includes automation of many work streams & enabling self-service mechanism to end users- Self Service Initiatives – OS Patching, OS Demise, Firmware Upgrades etc- Automation of ESX pathing, Snapshot as Service- Automated health checks – OS, ESX- In place upgrade - Windows.
