With over a decade of experience in the Cybersecurity realm, I am a seasoned IT professional specializing in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance. My journey has spanned across various sectors including Insurance, Banking, Healthcare and Manufacturing, both in the US and Canada. My mission is to help organizations fortify their risk and control environments through holistic GRC solutions that align with their business objectives.My expertise lies in leadership, stakeholder management, and conducting comprehensive Risk and Control Self Assessments. I excel in analytical problem-solving, enabling me to identify gaps and opportunities within IT infrastructures. Throughout my career, I\'ve been deeply involved in implementing standards and compliance frameworks such as FFIEC, Sarbanes Oxley, PCI DSS, and GDPR. Additionally, I have extensive experience in conducting Framework Based Assessments including ISO 27001:02, NIST CSF, and CIS Critical Security Controls.In my current role at CyberThink Solutions Inc, I leverage my expertise to provide consulting services as an independent Subject Matter Expert. Prior to this, I spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved the organization\'s IT Risk posture, including leading the deployment of a new global business protection standard.Over the course of many years of an IT Security consultant, I played pivotal roles in various projects, such as guiding clients in Archer deployments and leading Control Assessments across industries.I hold esteemed certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC, underscoring my commitment to excellence in the field. Furthermore, my academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Oakland University and an MBA from Symbiosis International University.My technical acumen encompasses a range of tools including IBM Open Pages, RSA Archer, Microsoft Power BI, and more.
