Professional Experience Summary while working in Finance and Accounts: • During my accounting tenure, prepared financial statements as per Indian GAAP while complying with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, TDS contracts & salaries, STPI etc. and ensured timely completion of annual audits year after year. • Handled payroll processing for 250+ employees and introduced Excel worksheets for automatic calculations of TDS and Payslip generation. • Carried out accounting tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Ensured timely preparation of annual budgets and completion of statutory audits in consultation with divisional heads without major complications. • Ensured implementation of Costing and Budgeting controls within the organization. • Handled additional responsibility with respect to all HR related and day-to-day administration, for the organization setup till it grew to a 100+ member team. Professional Achievements while working on Team Management: • Built, Managed and Transferred Home based team of recruiters for a US IT Consulting Firm that helped reached a 100 people on billing benchmark in 5 years time. The people on billing by the team was generating added consulting revenue of approximately US $ 10 million every year for the year 2016. • Built strong relations with US clients as a Business Development venture and within a short span of one year obtained confirmed projects worth US Dollors. Additional projects of similar value were in the pipeline. • Handled the entire projection and forecasting for the purposes of due diligence at the time of acquisition and merger. • Coordinated with and assisted the PWC team throughout the shares valuation process. • Sought investment approval from RBI for opening three offices at international locations - one in US, one in Netherlands, and one in London. • Created a network of Home Based Recruiters for a US based consulting company, bringing down recruitment cost drastically. This was done as an experimental project.
