As a Learning Experience Designer with a diverse background in L&D, product training, and digital content creation, I specialize in designing learning journeys that are clear, contextual, and scalable. Over the years, I’ve delivered high-impact training solutions across industries from SaaS to hospitality, combining domain knowledge with strong learner empathy. My experience spans instructor-led and virtual training, self-paced content design, onboarding programs, and internal enablement initiatives. I’ve led 500+ training sessions, built structured learning paths, and collaborated with product, HR, and marketing teams to roll out change-enabling content. My approach blends instructional design models with a practical understanding of how adults learn, backed by hands-on proficiency in tools like LMS platforms, Loom, Trainn, Canva, Clueso, and more. I’ve also completed an Instructional Design certification from KPMG, and am currently pursuing a UI/UX course out of personal interest to further enhance learner experience design.
