As an annuity product specialist at Brighthouse Financial, I improve the experience of selling annuities by creating and updating product documentation, providing training and support to internal and external partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development and launch initiatives. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to my work. That is why I am currently enrolled part-time in a UI/UX Design Career Track Certificate program at Springboard, where I am learning how to design user-friendly and engaging interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. My goal is to find a role that utilizes my background in product development in conjunction with my intensive training in UI/UX Design.
