I’m a Counselling Psychologist offering online therapy to individuals who are looking for emotional support, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My work centres around creating a space where people can feel safe, valued, and gently supported as they navigate their personal challenges.I believe therapy grows best in an environment that feels warm, steady, and reassuring. In my sessions, I aim to be a calm and thoughtful presence, someone who listens deeply, understands without judgment, and walks alongside clients with genuine care.
