I am a Partner and Head of the Complex Injuries team at specialist personal injury solicitors, Bolt Burdon Kemp LLPI am an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).Since qualification in 2012, I have specialised exclusively in representing people with serious and life-changing injuries. Working on behalf of both adults and children, I have developed considerable expertise in both high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims. I have a particular interest in acting for clients who have sustained life-changing orthopaedic injuries including amputations as well as claims involving fatalities. These tend to arise from Accidents at Work or in Public spaces, as well as Road Traffic Collisions. As well as managing a large caseload of high value Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence claims ranging from delayed cancer diagnoses to negligent surgery, I also enjoy supervising a growing team of excellent serious injury solicitors. Whilst based in London, I act for claimants in the UK and internationally.In recent years, I have taken a particular interest in automation, autonomous vehicles and e-scooters, campaigning for the development of adequate legal frameworks suitable for modern transport practices. I have featured in the media on many occasions on these topics and others. Beyond my day job, I enjoy developing links with charities and organisations that align with my own and my firm\'s values including the Limbless Association and the Patients Association.
