Lead internal process improvement initiatives, implementation of performance management efforts, and adoption of technology to drive automation, efficiencies, and improved insight into the performance of the business. Drive year-over-year revenue growth and improvement to profitability through strategic planning and tactical execution. Recent accomplishments include- Consolidation and integration of NJVC\'s (former company and sister company to CARS) business, people, and processes into the CARS organization- Led initiative to develop and implement a formal Succession Management and Employee Development program- Oversaw effort to implement a financial dashboard with KPIs and visualizations to provide increased insight into program/contract and company financial performance- Currently leading an effort to accelerate the adoption of in-house AI capabilities balancing capabilities and needs with organizational policies; and a multitude of BPR-related initiatives. Ensure back-office support is aligned to and has the appropriate skillsets to support Operations and Business Development. Cultivate relationships with other small as well as large businesses to develop strategic relationships and partnerships for the execution of current program/contract requirements and in support of new business pursuits. Mature business processes and ensure the leadership team possess the technical and managerial skillsets and experiences as CARS continues to grow and transition from a small, disadvantaged business, to competing in the full-and-open environment against mid to large-sized businesses. Align internal business investments and strategic direction to meet our Customer\'s current requirements and to position the company to capitalize on future opportunities.
